Appointment Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This includes arriving more than 15 minutes late. We understand emergencies can arise, so please contact us as soon as possible.  In cases of repeated cancellations, we may require a prepayment to book future appointments. A credit card is required to hold your appointment, and any cancellation fees will be charged to this card. Clients who completely miss their appointment without notice will be charged a "No-Show" fee of 100% of the service cost.
