Thank you for visiting and shopping at Face Me Aesthetics.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Especially during the busy holiday season (October-December), most products arrive within 21 days. If you haven't received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at facemeaesthetics.wis@gmail.com.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently offer shipping within the United States. For assistance with shipping to other parts of the world, please contact facemeaesthetics.wis@gmail.com.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after shipping.

Face Me Aesthetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged & Lost Shipments
Face Me Aesthetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact facemeaesthetics.wis@gmail.com with videos or pictures of the issue. While we will facilitate communication with the manufacturer, we cannot guarantee resolution.

If your shipment is lost, Face Me Aesthetics cannot take responsibility once it has left our facility. For missing items, please contact the carrier for assistance and to submit a claim.
