Begin by dividing the treatment area into sections: the forehead, nose, cheeks, area around the mouth, and both the left and right sides of the neck. Don't overlook the décolleté (chest area) and the backs of the hands.
Start with the forehead. Roll vertically across the forehead and brow region, ensuring thorough coverage. Continue treating the entire forehead by repeating the rolling 2 to 5 times vertically.
Next, roll diagonally over the same area with the same intensity, followed by horizontal rolling, making sure to cover each skin section 2 to 5 times in each direction.
Proceed to treat each section in sequence—nose, cheeks, mouth area, neck, and décolleté—ensuring all areas are evenly and thoroughly worked through.
The entire process for the face and neck should take about three to five minutes, depending on how quickly you roll.
Use the Gold Roll-CIT cautiously on both the upper and lower eyelids. Do not treat the upper eyelid below the eyebrow bone unless the skin is tightly pulled up to the bone.
The Environ Gold Roll-CIT is suitable for all skin types except for those with eczema, psoriasis, raised moles, solar keratosis, warts, skin cancer, and problematic skin.
Ensure the client has been properly prepped with adequate doses of topical vitamins A, C, and E before starting the treatment to minimize the risk of a retinoid reaction.
